In accordance with the CEP bylaws, the Executive Board is the highest managing body of the institution with different executive powers.

Supervisory Board
Supervisory Board supervises the operations of CEP.

Advisory Board
The main role of the Advisory Board is to advise the institution on all matters related to the activities of the Centre for European Perspective. The Board may submit project proposals, represents the Centre for European Perspective abroad, promotes its activities and assists in obtaining additional funding.
