Montenegro has a modern and European regulation of copyright law that was adopted in 2011. However this regulation needs some key amending since the EU has in the meantime already adopted several new directives in the field of copyright, show findings by Slovenian expert dr. Trampuž.
In the framework of the project "European Affairs Training for Public Administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina" an expert from Slovenian Veterinary Administration will travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina for a three-day visit. The purpose of his cooperation with the Bosnian authorities is to review and coordinate their phyto-sanitary legislation with European legislation. Bosnian entities have already prepared regulations, which are not always in line with European standards. The aim of this working visit is to unify the regulations in order to facilitate and also increase export from Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European Union, especially after July 1st 2014, when Croatia is expected to join the EU.
