ABOUT

Together with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, CEP annually organises Bled Strategic Forum (BSF). 

Bled Strategic Forum is the leading international conference in Central and South-Eastern Europe, offering an inclusive platform to address Europe’s key challenges of the 21st century. It brings together a diverse structure of stakeholders from diplomacy, politics, business, private and public sectors, and academia. 

Bled Strategic Forum 2023 took place on 28 and 29 August 2023 under the title ‘Solidarity for Global Security’.

Back in 2006, when the first BSF took place, it was established as a once-a-year conference. Since then, BSF has grown and continues growing with the help of its international partners into a global platform for generating ideas and exchanging views on contemporary society and its future. It is committed to creating a sustainable world by offering strategic views and solutions to the most pressing issues of today and tomorrow.

As a platform of inclusivity and diversity it strives to bring together as many different stakeholders as possible and disseminate their views through events, discussions, roundtables, projects, analyses and publications.

YOUNG BLED STRATEGIC FORUM

ABOUT

Within the scope of Bled Strategic Forum CEP also organises Young Bled Strategic Forum. A youth conference taking place back-to-back with the BSF that strives to bring together young leaders, aged between 18 and 35, from all over the world and offer them a platform to connect, share their visions, exchange ideas, and develop innovative solutions to some of the most pressing global issues. 

Young BSF 2023 took place between 25 and 28 August 2023 under the title ‘Mitigating our Butterfly effect’.
