Centre for European Perspective (CEP) is founder of Trivelis Institute.

Trivelis, the Institute for Defence, Security and Resilience, is an independent professional and research centre dedicated to strategic reflection on contemporary security challenges at the intersection of defence, security, and societal resilience. It operates as a platform for in-depth analysis, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strategic communication, with the aim of strengthening the security preparedness of institutions, organizations, and society in Slovenia. It brings together the knowledge and experience of experts from academia, government institutions, the public and private sectors, and civil society, and acts as a connecting link among key stakeholders at the national and international levels. Trivelis seeks to raise awareness of the importance of the national security system for the Republic of Slovenia and to contribute to the co-creation of international security policies, while also aiming to position itself as the leading Slovenian and regional centre of strategic thinking in the field of national security.
