The focus was clear: to take stock of what has been achieved, evaluate results to date, and chart the path forward for the coming year. As a project designed to be effective and sustainable, the consortium recognised the need to ask critical questions: How can we better deliver? How do we address emerging challenges and continuously improve?
This reflective approach is essential for an initiative of EUTI’s scope. The standards and practices being developed are not limited to CSDP missions alone, they have potential to extend beyond, setting benchmarks across the broader training landscape.
Before the formal Steering Group meeting, consortium members took advantage of the in-person gathering to hold a Partner meeting. This provided an opportunity to discuss operational developments and challenges within the consortium.
