21 September–2 October 2026, Komen – The Municipality of Komen is preparing to welcome representatives of the Pryiutivka Territorial Community from Ukraine for a two-week internship visit within the Recovery and Reconstruction in Ukraine under the TIPS4UA programme. The visit will provide an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience on project development, funding and international cooperation, while showcasing Komen’s good practices in sustainable local development. The programme will include practical insights into waste and water management, social care, civil protection, sustainable tourism, local self-government and intermunicipal cooperation. The visit will also support the development of concrete project ideas and proposals for future cooperation between the two communities, concluding with a presentation of results and a concluding ceremony in Štanjel. 

The Recovery and Reconstruction in Ukraine programme is funded by the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs through the Slovenian Aid and Partnerships and implemented in partnership with U-LEAD with Europe.
