POSLOVNI SEKRETAR I. (1 delovno mesto) – M/Ž
Poslovni sekretar opravlja naslednje naloge: zagotavljanje splošne administrativne podpore znotraj organizacije, sprejemanje dohodne in odhodne pošte, sprejemanje telefonskih klicev, organizacija sestankov in urejanje dokumentacije. Sestavlja in ažurira kadrovske tabele, vodi evidenco prisotnosti zaposlenih, pravilno arhivira dokumentarno gradivo, sodeluje pri izvajanju javnih in evidenčnih naročil, skrbi za evidence in usklajuje potrjevanje naročilnic, pomaga finančni službi pri administrativnih delih, nudi podporo pri izvajanju projektov in opravlja druge naloge v skladu z navodili.
Trajanje zaposlitve: 1 leto s poskusno dobo treh mesecev in možnostjo podaljšanja zaposlitve za nedoločen čas.
Na razpisano delovno mesto bo imenovan kandidat, ki izpolnjuje naslednje pogoje:
- državljanstvo države članice Evropske unije,
- najmanj visoka strokovna izobrazba (prve stopnje) administrativne ali družboslovne smeri
- najmanj tri (3) leta delovnih izkušenj,
- poznavanje orodij za preglednice (Excel, Word, ipd)
- vozniški izpit B kategorije,
- aktivno znanje angleškega jezika, znanje še enega tujega jezika je prednost,
- usposobljenost za delo z računalnikom (delo z urejevalniki besedil, delo s preglednicami, delo z bazami podatkov, poznavanje računalniških omrežij, poznavanje operacijskih sistemov),
- organizacijske in komunikacijske sposobnosti,
- sposobnost postavljanja prioritet,
- natančnost in visok standard za kakovostno opravljeno delo, sposobnost samostojnega komuniciranja,
- samoiniciativnost,
- timska naravnanost.
Prednost bodo imeli kandidati:
- z izkušnjami iz administrativnega dela,
- z delom v mednarodnem okolju.
Delo na razpisanem delovnem mestu okvirno obsega:
- Sprejemanje in oddajanje službene pošte ter usklajevanje s kurirji,
- Usklajevanje, nadziranje in vodenje različnih evidenc (prisotnosti, službenih poti, naročilnic ipd.),
- Skrb za pravilno ravnanje z dokumentarnim gradivom,
- Sodelovanje pri izvajanju javnih in evidenčnih naročil,
- Skrb za evidence in usklajuje potrjevanje naročilnic,
- Vodenje registra in zbirko obrazcev CEP,
- Priprava ter vodenje pogodb, aneksov in drugih spremljajočih dokumentov z naročniki v sodelovanju z vodstvom ustanove,
- Administrativno vodenje različnih postopkov naročanja storitev in sodelovanja z zunanjimi partnerji,
- Vodenje evidence in naročanje pisarniškega materiala,
- Priprava poslovnih prostorov za sestanke, srečanja,
- Sodelovanje pri internem usklajevanju organizacijskih enot,
- Pomoč finančni službi pri evidentiranju in potrjevanju računov,
- Delo s preglednicami in bazami podatkov,
- Ostala dela po navodilu nadrejene osebe.
Dober kandidat ima izkušnje z večine zgoraj omenjenih področij dela.

- življenjepis in motivacijsko pismo, iz katerih mora biti razvidno, da kandidat izpolnjuje pogoje.

Signing of sister-cities agreement between Hrastnik and Drohobych
14 November, Drohobych, Ukraine – Today, we have marked a significant step in cooperation between Drohobych Urban Hromada and Municipality Hrastnik.
The partnership between Hrastnik and Drohobych dates to 2021, when the first contacts were made under the U-LEAD with Europe framework, with initial cooperation plans focused on youth, culture, and tourism. At the outbreak of war, Hrastnik’s citizens showed their solidarity by sending significant humanitarian aid directly to Drohobych. The ongoing project with CEP has deepened the partnership, allowing for the development of concrete project plans, including equipping a rehabilitation centre in Drohobych and providing essential medical equipment to the local hospital. The cooperation will also aim to collaborate on enhancing the local and regional tourism sector in Drohobych, which will further strengthen our partnership through new joint ventures. Becoming a sister city has strengthened cooperation on multiple levels for years.
Seventh mentorship visit in Slovenj Gradec begins
13 November 2024, Slovenj Gradec – Today, we kicked off the seventh three-week mentorship of 2024 between the City Municipality Slovenj Gradec and Municipality Ladyzhyn under the auspices of the project ‘Post-conflict reconstruction in Ukraine’.
The event was opened with a welcome speech and presentation of City Municipality of Slovenj Gradec by Mr Tilen Kligler, Mayor of Slovenj Gradec, who welcomed mentees Mr Maksym Chekryhin, Deputy Mayor of Ladyzhyn and Ms Olena Fadiievska, the Head of the Municipal Institution “Local Economic Development Agency of Ladyzhyn”. Mayor Klugler welcomed the mentees with an optimistic outlook, expressing his hope for a successful mentorship and possible future cooperation. Following was a presentation by Ms Ana Novak, CEP Project Manager, who presented the project and its objectives and Ms Nuša Blatnik, CEP Project Assistant, who presented the logistical aspects of the mentorship. The three-week mentorship in Slovenj Gradec will cover project development and fund absorption, business development, the EU enlargement process on the local level, and alternative energy sources.
The ‘Post-conflict reconstruction in Ukraine’ project is funded by the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs through the Slovenian Aid and Partnerships and implemented in partnership with ‘U-LEAD with Europe’. The U-LEAD with Europe programme is a partnership of the Ukrainian government and the European Union, and its member states Germany, Sweden, Poland, and Slovenia, to support the establishment of multi-level governance that is transparent, accountable, and responsive to the needs of the Ukrainian population.
EDDE goes to D.C
A four-day Skills Workshop and Learning Tour, organised through the European Digital Diplomacy Exchange (EDDE) network, will bring together government communicators and data analysts from 12 to 15 November in Washington, D.C.
The event, hosted in collaboration with the U.S. Department of State and the Centre for European Perspective (CEP), is designed to empower government communicators and data analysts with essential skills to address challenges in today’s rapidly evolving digital media environment.
As governments worldwide face challenges from foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI), this workshop will gather representatives from 13 European countries (Austria, Albania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Moldova, Romania, Slovenia) that will gain hands-on experience and insights from leading experts across the U.S. government on topics such as countering adversarial FIMI tactics, conducting data-driven audience analysis, and integrating strategic messaging with broader public diplomacy efforts.
Key highlights that the program will include:
• navigating and countering foreign information threats,
• data and analytics training to enhance data-driven messaging,
• collaborative learning and interagency dialogue.
This workshop offers opportunities for diplomats and analysts to develop skills, share best practices, and build networks for fostering a more secure, informed information space.
The implemented activities are supported and funded by the U.S. Department of State’s grant and implemented by the Centre for European Perspective.
